The HOUSE is located on Calle Tercera in front of the Municipality of Bocas del Toro and Simón Bolívar Park; It is located on the main and most commercial street of Isla Colón.

THE PROPERTY WAS PURCHASED 15 YEARS AGO, it was completely disassembled and rebuilt, from the foundations, roofs, zincs, to all new electrical and plumbing systems, beams, floors, walls and 13 completely new bathrooms, etc., respecting the same Afro-Caribbean wooden architecture, according to documentation and plan from 1947.

The land where it is located is a titled land of two hundred square meters (200 m2), and with four hundred square meters built (400 m2 spread over two floors. Constructed with a steel frame, zinc roof, wooden exterior and wooden interior walls, suspended ceiling, tile floors, ceramic-lined bathrooms and wooden French windows; electricity panel, fire alarm panel, three reserve tanks of 1000 litres each with a total capacity of 3000 litres of water; with its respective pump and an auxiliary pump for emergencies, tub, sanitary service for Janitor, laundry area, sinks and registers; common area on the ground floor thirty square meters (30 m2); and stairs with wood; more balconies on the second floor, also as a common area of about twenty-five square meters (25 m2).

The Hostel is now being run as an AirBnB and is profitable.
