Great place to live. Great location, only 4 apt per floor. The building has security, the social area with a pool, gym and events room.

The worst place to live. The social area is full of mold that violates all health regulations. The gym is poorly maintained, there are leaks, and most of the building itself is poorly maintained. There's a lot of humidity, and let's not even talk about the boardroom. The only good things about the whole building are the security guards and the little shop downstairs. If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would.

A building with a structure riddled with leaks, dampness, and mold, for which management, owners, and JD take no responsibility. Furthermore, there is no on-site management; the law seems to apply to some but not to others (especially JD), not to mention certain departments within the staff.

I've lived in the city for several years, and this place has been the worst experience I've ever had. There are leaks and dampness, and no one takes responsibility. The management is terrible, and on top of that, they want to charge you for moving in (even if you only use the stairs).

Excellent residential penthouse with parking spaces, private security, and social areas. Close to a gym and supermarket.
