One of San Francisco's finest buildings, boasting a prime location just a 10-minute walk from Multiplaza and Omar Park. It's one of the few buildings offering apartments with three bedrooms plus a maid's quarters and three bathrooms, in a mid-sized 115 square meters, and other 105-square-meter units with two bedrooms. Maintenance costs are manageable and hard to beat. Built on a corner lot, the apartments feature expansive views, high ceilings, and Goldstar elevators. The building offers ample capacity with a very low density of only 56 units, a style that is no longer commonly built. Its strategic location between two major thoroughfares, Via Porras and Calle 50, provides easy access even during rush hour, while also offering convenient entry and exit on a well-maintained street. A variety of well-known shops and restaurants are nearby. For these reasons, I highly recommend this building.

P.H. Concept is located in San Francisco, Panama City. It's a very modern building with an artistic color scheme on its facade. This residential building is situated near shopping plazas with a variety of service and convenience stores, including several fast-food restaurants. It enjoys a convenient location within the city.

The social area is small, but although it has a pool, it doesn't get sun all day. The apartments are comfortable and well laid out.

This penthouse has a very good layout and is very welcoming.

A very clean apartment, the people are nice and quiet, the surroundings are full of enterprising people, many good shops.
