Nice large apartment building. We rent a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom on the 21st floor. They have made lots of improvements in the past year, painted building, renovated social area (with pool and sauna), restored the front entrance. Very clean, and well maintained. 24 hr security. Beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. I hope they fix the Sauna in social area (seems like only one heater works, and there is sap dripping from wood) and I wish the water in the jacuzzi was hot - or warm - it is cool temp, same as pool. Love the securtity staff and the fact that we have 4 elevators plus a freight elevator.
The pool is empty and has been under maintenance since I moved it September 29. The fitness center is small, has limited equipment and does not have air conditioning so it’s extremely hot in there! The security staff is very pleasant so that helps.
