The PH Element is a beautiful place to live, right in the heart of Panama City's famed Avenida Balboa, with ocean views and most of the amenities you would expect. There are nicer buildings, with more amenities but, for the price, you cannot beat The Element! Renovations have just been completed on the gym, and Sky Bar on the top level. The pool is a bit small, and needs just the tiniest of updates to make it stellar but still beautiful, none-the-less. I've even spoken to some of the tenants and they have all been pleasant, from different walks of life. For the price, I would say, The P.H. Element is the best bang for the buck! There are nicer buildings that are much more expensive and, there are worse buildings that are cheaper and don't give you the luxury, or location but The Element gives you just enough luxury at an affordable price in a FANTASTIC location with good security, and creature comforts you would expect! Eveeything you need and want, nothing that you don't! Not the best in any category, but in the top 5 of all the categories

En general es un buen edificio, tiene buena vista, lo unico malo es el acceso a los estacionamiento
