Don’t rent an apartment from Vivir Frente al Mar. Our experience has been nothing but problems. They’re very quick to take your money, but after that, they’re nowhere to be found. They own the building and about half of the apartments. The residents all talk to each other, and every single one of us has had issues dealing with them. Save yourself the hassle and rent directly from an owner instead. There are several privately owned apartments in the building, and that’s the better option. If you’re new to Panama, don’t let anyone convince you to pay more than $2,200/month for even the largest apartment in this building. Anything above that is, in my opinion, overpriced. They’ll tell you the apartments are renting fast and that you need to decide immediately. Don’t fall for the pressure. There are always units available, the turnover is extremely high.

I love her. Love the location and close proximity to everything i need. The building and pool maintenance could be better but i appreciate the building, the doormen, and all its amenities

I’ve considered renting here several times and decided against it. In my opinion it’s too expensive for what it is. The apartments are small, the balconies are small, and many left-side units face The Ocean Club (TOC) directly, so when you step onto the balcony you’re looking at rows of other apartments—and they’re looking back—very little privacy. I don’t have first-person living experience here; this is based on viewings and listings I saw, and I consistently found better-sized options for the same price elsewhere.

Parking entrance is terrible and there is a person that says is from the administration with the worst possible attitude towards people. That type people should not have posts that they do not know how to handle.
