Don't Rent or Buy Terrible dampness problems, and they're covering it up. Zero maintenance in common areas. Damage to the property dating back more than 20 years. A FAILED management team, let alone a scumbag. A FAILED board of directors, and they're hiding their faces. A building that once had great value has become a terrible disgrace. I do not recommend living here. The only redeeming qualities are the security and cleaning staff.
