Today, at 4:30 pm. The service was appalling. The concierge, incredibly insensitive, I don't understand how, in such a prestigious building, where important and philanthropic families reside, they can't provide this employee with some kind of seminar or course on visitor etiquette. I can't believe he's following orders from his superiors to mistreat anyone who enters the building. It's a disgrace.
