The building has a very pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere. It's clean, and the staff is very friendly. The common area has a large pool, two children's pools, and a jacuzzi. The barbecue area near the pool is unusable. There's a small children's court, and next to it are the gym and a small children's playground. Everything is very nice, but having to pay a non-refundable $400 fee to move from one apartment to another seems excessive.

The management is inflexible, authoritarian, and lacks empathy for tenants and residents. The social area is always closed, neglected, and poorly maintained; there's no playground equipment for young children. There's a non-refundable $400 elevator usage fee upon moving in.
