The property is accessed by boat from the nearby mainland villages of Santa Catalina (35 minutes), Hicaco (25 minutes),  Playa Reina (20 minutes), or Puerto Mutis in Santiago (45 minutes). 

The property status is currently Right of Possession that is in the process of titling at the National Lands Authority. The seller can sell it as is, in Right of Possession (and the buyer would complete the titling process in a few months) for $35,000. Otherwise, the seller can deliver the property fully titled within 3-6 months for $60,000, in which case the buyer would need to sign a promissory contract, put 50% down in escrow, and the balance of 50% would be paid at closing upon title transfer to the buyers name.
