The well-established Paradise Inn Resort in the welcoming little town of Las Lajas, just  8 km (10 minutes car drive) to the famous 14-km-long white-sand beach was very profitable before the pandemic. With a little TLC it will be profitable again within a short time.

The hotel comes with everything, including full kitchen, laundry, furniture, crockery and cutlery - just walk in, take over and start working!

The lot is almost one hectare which offers ample room for 30 parking spaces, 2 pools (1 is 31 metres long and the other 26 metres), a restaurant, 2 pool bars, an owner's house and 21 rooms with a total of 48 beds, covering 2480 square metres:

Las Lajas is a popular destination in the Republic of Panama mainly famous for its 15 km long beach, one of the best in the country. It’s located in the Gulf of Chiriquí of the Pacific Ocean, just a 15-minute drive from the Pan-American Highway. The beach is one of the more extended in all of Latin America so it’s never crowded and you feel as if it’s all for yourself. It’s the perfect place for families and a good option for learning to surf. The area is one of the main gates to explore the Ngöbe-Buglé indigenous region and offers wonderful landscapes to discover as well as many traditional celebrations all throughout the year.

San Félix has a regional hospital and various pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants.
