Prices per night in high season (November to April):  

Carnivals, Easter, Christmas and New Year, National Holidays, Holidays and Festive: $850USD.
Carnivals minimum 4 NIGHTS and Easter minimum 3 NIGHTS
Monday to Thursday: $450USD
Friday to Sunday: $750USD
Weekly (6 nights): $1,400USD Includes electricity, water, gas and internet services.
Monthly: $3,800 USD Includes water, gas and internet services. Does not include the cost of electricity
REQUIREMENTS:

1. Refundable security deposit: 

 Weekend or weekly: $500 USD
 Monthly: $1,000 USD
 Annual: One monthly lease fee
2.  Cleaning fee: $60 usd

3. List with names, surnames and document ID 3 days before arrival.

4. Maximum occupancy 10 persons
