Off-the-grid stilt beach house on one hectare land

This is the best getaway ever! Live on a large property on the beach of 3.5 km length, with no neighbours, total peace and quiet and an incredible ocean view!

9000 m2 of land (1500 titled and fenced, 2000 protected beach and mangrove areas plus 5500 in the process of being titled), with 120 metres waterfront, accessible by a short boat ride to two private docks, await you.

The rustic house is set on stilts to get a better view from the terrace of the ocean and the rising and setting sun. The house of 120 square metres is easily manageable and a comfortable size for a couple.

Off the grid means independence with your own solar panels and water from your freshwater spring.

The 1500 m2 are fenced and well-maintained with balsamic and medicinal plants,

The Ensenada area is famous for its surfing, whale- and birdwatching and its spearfishing. Access is safe and sheltered all year round coming from the ocean and a second landing through the mangroves offers a second option.
