Well-built house in Las Lajas, Chiriquí

Situated on the edges of the small town of Las Lajas and just 15 minutes’ drive from the most beautiful beach in Chiriquí, this house offers all you desire: Large enough to give you enough space, but small enough not to make you its slave, it was built with German craftsmanship - German insulated glass windows with turn/tilt function are just one example.

Well-adapted to the tropical climate, the main room has a height of more than 5 metres and the master bedroom has a ceiling height of 4.35 meters and is equipped with split air conditioning. The ground floor hosts two bedrooms, the master with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a round shower and two vanities. The secondary bedroom also has its own bath. A guest toilet and a laundry/technology room are also located on the ground floor. An additional (office) workspace is on a gallery and is accessed by a wooden staircase from the living room.

An American kitchen with stove and refrigerator is located in the house, and another outdoor kitchen is available on the large outdoor terrace overlooking the pool. 

The house has a domestic water system with a 3000 litre tank, and all the technology is installed out of sight, under the terrace.

The large carport of 6 x 6meters offers plenty of space for two vehicles and has a storage room of 2 x 6 meters.

The property is abundantly planted with bananas, palm trees, papayas and other fruit trees and tropical plants. The lower part of the property, which is not built on, is bordered by a small stream. The lot is large enough to build a second house on.

Las Lajas Beach in Panama is ten miles long, unspoiled, sandy beach that sits between the estuary of two major river of Chiriquí; Rio San Felix and Rio San Juan. Probably the most stunning and wild beach in Panama. Wild scenery, barren mountains, azure waters and fine sand, as far as the eye can see. But the warm sand and salty sea breezes are just the beginning. The area is home to a wide selection of attractions for every age and every taste, including, lagoon hiking and exploration, birdwatching, surfing, horseback riding, fishing.

The intriguing mangrove lagoon and creeks to the north of the beach beckon to be explored to enjoy the plethora of bird and marine life. Panama is one of the most interesting destinations in the world for bird watchers.
