Not at all – this is Boca Chica Island in the Pacific Sea, just 20 20-minute boat ride from the mainland and less than an hour to the international airport of David, Panama’s second-largest city.

The developers’ vision was to gather a group of people with a true love for unspoiled nature and a desire to live “away from it all”, a dedication to modern eco-friendly living, and a desire to live off the grid, the ability to weigh which modern comforts are worth fighting for – and which can spoil a pristine island like this one.
