Just south of Almirante, in the municipality of Chiriqui Grande, Province of Bocas del Toro, lies this incredible piece of land in the Chiriqui Lagoon.

Chiriqui Lagoon is located on the Caribbean coast of Panama close to the border with Costa Rica. The lagoon is protected from the sea by the Bocas del Toro archipelago, and much of this area is designated as the Parque Nacional Marino Isla Bastimentos.

It is confined by the main road (Almirante/Ruta Rambala Route 11) which is on the western side of the property and has road access to the ocean on the eastern side. The property is 40-50 minutes to Bocas del Toro and 1 1/2 hours to the border of Costa Rica.

The land has electricity, 2 rivers and over 8km of beach water front.
