Very nice apartment building
Okay, I don't even know where to begin!! But NEVER, EVER buy or rent anything in this building. The management is terrible. The woman who works there, a lady named Ileana, is the worst manager I've ever seen. They have rules for everything. If you want to bring visitors, you can have 3-4 visitors with you in the pool, or you pay a $150 fine. If you want to bring in just one refrigerator, you pay $150. If you want to breathe, you pay $150. No, no, honestly, this is awful. That building is worthless with that management. So much potential, and it's all being done by one person who doesn't know how to do their job properly. Don't buy!! Don't rent!! The whole building is rotten with damp; it's horrendous.
The building has a lot of humidity inside. The service is quite acceptable. The basic amenities are in good condition.
