Simple beach house on Playa Nanzal

This is the perfect getaway beach house for city slickers or people who do not crave company day-in, day-out. Access is via a public road and you will need a 4-wheel drive. Witḣ four bedrooms ( two up, two down), there is enough room for family and friends. The upper rooms have access to a balcony with a stupendous ocean view and their own shower and toilet, thus guaranteeing privacy. The ground floor has two more bedrooms plus split bathroom, and the family room with kitchen. The ground floor was built around the turn of the century and the upper floor added ten years later. The house has its own well, which works with the generator, as there is no electricity. Solar panels are obviously the solution, and most neighbours have them. The property is ideal for someone with an itch to improve their home and caress it back to life.
